The tender concerns the delivery and installation of district heating units for Egedal Fjernvarme in Egedal Municipality. A framework agreement is being concluded with one contractor. The framework agreement primarily includes deliveries and work for setting up district heating units in connection with, for example, gas and oil conversions, but may also include replacement of existing district heating systems and service and repair of existing district heating systems on a subscription basis. In addition, the framework agreement includes a standby arrangement in connection with defects.

Halsnæs Varme A/S is planning the supply of district heating in an existing oil and electric heated area in Asserbo. Asserbo is a smaller settlement in Halsnæs Municipality, which has grown together with Liseleje into one urban area. The contract includes, among other things, client consultancy for: - EIA screening - Design of district heating pipelines - Design of booster pumping station - Preparation of tender materials for the establishment of a district heating project (pipes) for contractors - Preparation of tender materials for the establishment of a district heating project (booster pumping station) for contractors - Management of the tender process for pipelines and booster pumping station - Preparation of award notes - Project management, construction management and supervision during construction - Dialogue on connection with landowners - Participation in various meetings - Application and obtaining all necessary permits Please refer to the tender materials for other descriptions of the content of the contract.
